Dean Trevelyan the owner operator of Total Property Maintenance and Repairs has a wealth of construction and defects identification experience spanning over 30 years. This includes a trade of carpentry and extensive cottage construction experience followed by supervision of residential and commercial construction for projects up to 50 million dollars. Dean has now stepped away from large construction projects and would now prefer to carry out smaller remedial works and maintenance.
Dean is a Licensed Builder and Carpenter who is fully insured.
